Welcome to Bournville's preschool.

Through play, we will encourage and support your child to start their journey to become a capable and confident learner and more importantly, we have lots of fun!

Preschool Curriculum (Education - Curriculum menu tab)

Our preschool is for children aged 3-years-old and entry to preschool is from the term following the child’s third birthday. We run a lunch club (additional cost) and have 30 hour funded spaces available (limited).

Our preschool is open term time only and follows the schools set holidays.

We have three main intakes across the school year: September, January and April.

Our morning session runs from 8.40 am – 11.40 am

Our afternoon session runs from 12.30 pm – 3.30 pm

Your child will be allocated a key worker when they start with pre school who will be able to support and guide you through their preschool journey. They should be the first point of contact with any questions or queries regarding your child.

In addition to this you will be offered two parents consultation appointments across the year to discuss your child's progress.

You may be able to receive help from the Government to pay towards your childcare costs. Please search Tax-Free Childcare to see if you can receive 20% of your child’s childcare fees.

Late Fee

Please note for pick ups after your child’s agreed session time, a fee of £5.00 will be charged.
